Dear Prospective Couples,

On behalf of The Riverton Hotel and Restaurant, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your recent
engagement and introduce myself and my establishment. My name is John Markopoulos and I am owner/operator of The
Riverton Hotel and Restaurant. I have been in the restaurant business for forty five years and have organized and cooked
for thousands of weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc... over the years.

As you plan for your wedding day, you and your fiancée will realize the many decisions that need to be made. In deciding
the location of the reception, I would like you to consider The Riverton Hotel and Restaurant. My establishment features
an elegantly decorated banquet room which can accommodate up to 300 people. It offers a large dance floor, private bar
with lounge, private ladies and men's rooms, bridal room, and a stage for the bridal party. We also have a second banquet
room which can accommodate up to 90 people(dance floor), and a third room with seating of up to 40 people perfect for
rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, etc...

I would like to personally invite you to visit my establishment. While here, I will gladly take you on a tour of the facility and
introduce you to chef George, a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America. Our Food is professionally prepared
using fresh ingredients with an emphasize on the details. And our waitstaff is friendly and well trained to make your day
